Ponta dos Ganchos presents Krug Sounds in November
The perfect combination of sensations, sounds and flavors. Created by Maison Krug in France, Krug Sounds’ project arrives at Ponta dos Ganchos Exclusive Resort in November. During the nights of November 22nd (Friday) and 23rd (Saturday), the hotel promotes two dining experiences especially prepared to surprise guests with the arrival of summer season.
For the occasion, the resort’s executive chef José Nero opens the doors of his well-known kitchen to welcome chef Tadashi Shiraishi, from São Paulo’s award-winning Kinoshita restaurant. In a perfect duet, the two chefs will conduct the unique dinner on Friday with a four-handed special menu that blends Nero’s regional and Brazilian influences with Tadashi’s detailed techniques and his mastery on Japanese cuisine.
On Saturday night (November 23rd), the singular Krug Sounds begins with the beautiful performance of the string quartet of Santa Catarina’s orchestra. Afterwards, guests will be amazed at the colors, textures and aromas – a true explosion of flavors from the eight-course menu that moves through the fresh flavors of highly selected fish to the famous Beef Passion’s Wagyu, fully prepared by Chef Tadashi and paired with Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé champagne.
