Ponta dos Ganchos and Terrazas offer Premium Wine Tasting.
Starting June to the end of this year, Ponta dos Ganchos? guests now have yet another special moment to be kept for their memories. Terrazas de los Andes, the renowned wine producer from Mendoza in Argentina, is offering a wine tasting with their high quality wines Reserva (Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syraz) and Afincado (Malbec). The wine tastings will be conduced every Saturday at 19:00 by the Resort?s sommelier, Italian Michele Mungari, accompanied with canapés specially created by the Resort?s Chef, Luiz Salvajoli. The wine tastings, as the entire Resort infrastructure, are exclusive for Ponta dos Ganchos guests.
A new icon is born
Recognized for being part of the revolution that has taken the Argentinean wines to an international level recognition, Terrazas also got famous for realizing a joint-venture with the French icon Cheval Blanc, one of the most prestigious wines of the world. The partnership has resulted in a unique wine, Cheval des Andes, that ally the experience and refinement of the old world with the terroir and flavors of the new world.
